My wife's favorite spot in midtown for lunch. She always has the grilled chicken salad and I always have the Gyro and fries.

Best place to get a gyro this side of the Mississippi...Sooooo many options, you can't go wrong...love the cottage fries and feta on the side!

Always a favorite! Fast friendly service, fabulous Greek food. We ordered the dolmas...so delicious! Also the tuna melt wrap...yum! Never disappointed here! Outside dining is lovely.

Customer service was great, the food was great and the servers moved fast. The sweet tea could use a little more sugar but Keifer's is worth the money. Go grab a wrap or a gyro.

I will use any excuse to eat at Keifer's when I am in Jackson. While I miss the atmosphere of the old building, they really tried hard to recreate it with the new one. I will admit that I have not tried very many things on the menu because I enjoy the gyro so much. A gyro and cottage fries is the perfect meal for me. The service is usually great, the food delicious, and the atmosphere fun. I highly recommend Keifer's.

Keifer's has wonderful food. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The cottage fries and gyros are fantastic. Don't forget to save room for the chesse cake for dessert.

I sat down ordered and got my food in less than a minute during a decently busy lunch hour. It was the best Gyro I've ever had too.

I liked Keifer’s. Good food. Reasonably priced. And I love a menu that has instructions! I’d definitely go again. Pictured below are the cottage potatoes and a veggie sandwich with mozzarella (sorry I already took a bite).

Keifer's is a great location for a casual lunch or evening dinner. The atmosphere is suitable for families with children as well as singles. The parking can be a bit of a challenge but with patience you'll find a spot. It is wheelchair accessible however inside can be a challenge for someone in a wheelchair since the seating is a little close. The staff is awesome especially the wait staff. The food is good and great for socializing with a variety of menu options.For the most part the women's facilities were clean. Just needed to maintain tissue since its a busy restaurant .

Such a classic Greek restaurant with family roots deep in Jackson. The gyros are always great and the hummus is on another level that can’t be matched with anything you can buy at a store or in another restaurant.

Nice place to eat, food came out really fast, I had a very nice waiter name Cory and I'll be back again. Oh by the way I ordered the ham and cheese wrap with cottage fries and a tossed salad with feta dressing. Delicious

Food was great. I was there for lunch and the place was very busy. I was seated quickly and the wait for my food was short despite the restaurant being very busy. The staff was friendly and professional. I will definitely return.

Keifer's is always so packed because the food is great. I expected slow service today, however pleasantly surprised by speedy survive. Warm environment... The fireplace was lit today. Nice.

This honestly might be the best all-around restaurant in Jackson. It is a good place for big groups or two friends or a first date or a family with picky kids. The classic gyro is so good, but they have a lot of other options for any dietary restrictions. My son is gluten-free, and I was able to find plenty to order for him. It's close enough to New Stage to be a great pre-show dinner. The servers have always been so friendly. Even when it is really busy, they make the wait not seem bad at all. They keep your drinks filled and appetizers coming. Even then, I'm amazed at how quickly you can get in and out. You feel like you've had a really nice sit-down meal, but it doesn't take up the whole evening.

Hidden gem for Greek food across from Baptist hospital. Huge portions, great prices and Southern hospitality.

The atmosphere was nice and the food was light but good. The young man that was our waiter was very attentive and efficient. But the only drawback was that the restaurant doesn't have a lot of space inside unless you go outside to eat and that space isn't much bigger. Overall it's a great place with good food.

The waiter recommended the beef and cheese gyro. It's much similar to a Philly cheese steak. It's really good and I added mushrooms. The pita moz is my go to appetizer. You guys should try it. I like to try a different dish on each visit....

The gyro was awesome. Was there for the lunch rush and they have it down. Service was quick and food was hot. Been looking for a good gyro in Jackson and I found it.

I LOVE KEIFERS!! I have never had a poor experience and I have been coming here for the last 10 years. Their feta sauce is to die for! I always get a cottage fried potato with a side of feta sauce for dipping and I HIGHLY recommend everyone do the same!!

Great people!! we came in at closing. We were in a hurry working on the ambulance. Had a ride ahead of us. Didn't think we could eat there but they came at us quick. They were busy but still friendly & they made fresh hot food and we had a great meal and on our way in no time. I Wished i lived closer. That was my 2nd Met. Food and it was awesome!!!! I love this place!!! The Gyro is amazing and the draft beer is great!

They have good, fast customer service, great food and a relaxed atmosphere with outdoor seating. I tried the veggie pita with mushrooms, peppers and onions. And I've also had the Falafel (my 1st time trying) and they are both great. Side note - they don't have traditional French fries so don't get thrown off expecting the skinny fried sticks that were used to. It's actually a whole potato (see picture) sliced and fried. It's a little different but I like it. They have 2 locations with slightly different menu items so make sure you know where you're going. I will definitely return over and over again because of my many great experiences there.

You can bring your own bottle of wine. Even though they have beer. They also welcome liquor and wine. They have a Great deck view. It is not a place where thugs hang out. It is where business intellectuals, classy formal, and career minded people hangout.

Great atmosphere, Great food and service.

Quick service even during the busy lunch hour. Great food. All the traditional Greek choices are delicious. Try the turkey melt if you're not in the mood for a gyro.

I have been going to Keifers for many years! I moved away and each time I come back home, I go! It never let's me down...that classic Gyro, so good with cottage fries! If you haven't been, you definitely need to go! Run, don't walk, lol!

Visited while out of town and visiting friend in Jackson. Literally thinking about driving hours to go back. The best food, fast friendly service. The feta sauce is literally my entire life, I would die for it

I don't even like lamb, but their lamb gyros is so delicious. Their bread is nice and chewy, just the right texture. It's just a tad pricey, they sometimes put way too much yogurt and the service can be slow at times. Other than that, they're almost perfect =)

First time here and it was amazing! The chicken gyro was tender and flavorful, the service was spectacular. 10/10 will come back.

We come here to eat every time we are in Jackson. The gyros are the best. Fun place to go hang out with family for food and drinks. The servers are always so friendly. Have some pita mozz while you wait for your entree!

UpDate Friday May 11 2018 My Wife and I had a very nice meal and the cottage frys are the awesome and the feta cheese sauce is so good. Hey All. I tryed My first gyro at keifer's restaurant it was really awesome I didn't think I would like it but it was a change of pace something new to try they have these things called cottage fries I've never had them they would awesome if you ever get over this way stop and try it out it's a great meal great afternoon . Stop in on Sunday for a awesome quick break and enjoy our meal thanks

Gyro was perty standard with plenty of sauce. The Falafel appetizer was a little different than I'm used to instead of being flat and cooked through it was more of a round hummus ball that had been deep-fried. I also had something they labeled as french fries that were thin sliced potatoes which we are not expecting.
